Serving sizes are smaller in Korea. It is best demonstrated in soda cans. The fat, wide can is the standard American size. The tall and short thin cans are found here…none has more than 100 kcal…which worried me ~ is it one thousand times more?? No, a kcal is the same as a calorie.

these cans might help with the growing obesity problem in the US. serving sizes should be just that. A can of soda should only contain one serving of soda. How much easier not to drink more than a serving size.
I don’t drink soda, i detest it. but those cans of ginseng look delicious.
